Instructions:

-Submit a separate form for each individual.
-Only onsite courses can be selected on this form.
-Please check and make sure you have filled out ALL required fields. Required fields have an asterisk* beside them and must be completed in order to SUBMIT.
-If you have too many registrations in your cart when you are checking out, you can delete a registration by clicking the RED “X” on the left side of the individual registration.

Zoom Course Registration

Additional step required ONLY for members wanting Zoom Courses. AFTER the office staff processes memberships, all registrants will receive a confirmation email by September 6. This email will include directions for registering for Zoom courses, using links on our website Member Dashboard. Please give the office until April 9th to process registrations before reaching out about access to the Member Dashboard or registration for Zoom courses.

To prevent submitting multiple registrations, click SUBMIT only once.
